Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are required in writing using the form at the bottom of this page.

A full refund can be provided up to 48 hours before a session for single session bookings.

​

Block bookings will be refunded in full before that start of the block booking with 48 hours notice. Once a block booking has commenced we will not provide a refund unless child/parent are self isolating. If parent/child are self isolating we will refund in full the missed session(s).

If you or your child is self isolating we will provide a full refund for any missed session.

​

In the event we cancel any session due to unforeseen circumstances we will not refund the session we will credit your account to use on any future session to the same value.

​

If we cancel any session due to bad weather. Bad weather deemed as snow, wind exceeding 40 MPH, Thunder or lightening or the temperature falling below -3 degrees we will provide a credit to your account to use in any future sessions for the same value.

When booking and paying for any session you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
